email not synicing

I have a galaxy 8 plus and still pretty new.. so aggravating to already have problems lol my emails are evidently not syncing! I deleted bunches of photos and videos outta my gallery.. now what do I do? :)
 
Not sure how deleted photos come into ur question?
Unless you're saying that Google account is not syncing, in that case go to settings, accounts, Google, press on your email address and make sure everything is synced.

If it's just your Google photos that's not syncing, then open the app, open menu, settings, backup and sync, and make sure sync option is on, also check which folders are being synced
