Email notification tone?

On my Galaxy S3, I can't find where to turn on a notification tone for emails? I have looked at both the system level and at the Application settings level.

Then, when I get that set, I want to turn off email syncing at night so the thing does not annoy all night long!

Maybe I should just leave it silent!

In whatever email app you have, its within account settings.

So email app > Settings > Account settings > pick your account...

So you can control notifications for each account.

You can have peak and off peak push / sync settings in the Samsung email app. Not in gmail though.
