Help email notification

my G1 plays a little tune when i get an email, and it works like a charm, really brill. But I also use my phone for my alarm, so when i get some an email at 3am my G1 plays my little tune. is there away or an app that allow for theemail notification to be silent betwen set times ?

i believe there's a feature that you can have different settings. like, set it to 'work' and it'll put everything on silent or 'home' and it rings. i forget where i saw the feature though lol

Just set the phone to silent, the alarm will still go off.

I understand you can 'do this' or 'do that' but when you've been busy all day at work then come home, go to bed and you know your alarm is set, the last thing you want to b doing is switching notifications off ect... there must be a way. is there some where, where you can suggest apps ? for some kind developer to make ?

Download the app Locale

Create condition call it say bedtime

in the condition box add time, then set the time ur usually asleep

in settings add ringer volume


Basically between those hours you can just turn off all sound, leave just vibration on, on just turn your ringer down to a lower volume
