Help Email Problems

Just picked up this phone a couple of days ago, and I'm having issues with my email.

First problem - I'll get a notification that I have new email. But sometimes when I go to open, it will say "loading message". This can take anywhere form 5-30 seconds to load said messages. Coming from the Evo, if it said I had an email, I could open it immediately.

Second problem - My emails keep reloading. I'll turn my phone on and it will say I have 25 new emails. I go into my inbox, and its all the emails that I have either read or deleted. VERY ANNOYING.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Are you using the stock email app or a 3rd party app? I am using K9 and have noticed in the past week or so that a couple of my email accounts keep reloading deleted and/or read emails too. Has to be a Sprint network issue since we are having the same issue.
 
I'm just using the stock email. I stopped by the local sprint store, where they ran some network update, but it happend again last night....

I have 3 email accounts set up, but it only seems to be happening on my comcast account. I should note that this is the only account that I have set so that when I delete, it does not take it off the server. But I don't know what difference that would make. I never had this issue with my Evo.
 
For the second issue, open the mail app, click the Menu button, then More, then Account Settings. Next, click on Incoming Settings under the Server Settings heading. At the bottom of that page is a drop down box. Make sure 'When I delete from Inbox' is checked.
