Hi I just swapped over to my first Samsung from iPhone.. so far so good. I'm having a problem with the email though. I have set it to sync manually, but I keep getting emails regardless. Anything I'm missing or is this an issue for others also?
In email settings, there are several places where you have to set each account to manual. Check if you have done that in all cases including "Peak schedule". Etc.
What type of email accounts? Google and some IMAP accounts will push email rather than sync, so even with sync disabled, you'll still get the mail pushed to your phone.
