Email sync only to outlook?

I have the outlook app installed and it works perfectly. After a lot searching and trying my email, contacts and calendar sync not only with the outlook app but also with original samsung apps. That is exactly what I want except for email.

For email I prefer no syncing to the Samsung email app.

Any idea what to do to keep the syncing of calendar and contacts, but stop the syncing of email to the samsung email app (while keeping the syncing of emails to the outlook app)?

What I did was clear cache and data then took away all permissions and set outlook as default. I wish apps like this you could uninstall or disable but no option for that.

Have you tried just going into your Settings >> Apps menu and disabling that default email app? You probably won't be able to uninstall it as it's a system-level app but if you go into its Storage menu and tap the 'Clear data' button at least free up a few MBs while disabling it.
