Help Email sync

Email /Gmail sync.
I am on Verizon and I have to continuously having to go to account settings to fix .. I am running touch wiz (basic ) . I'm not sure if it is a third party app , (snap dragon, clean master ) are 2 of the apps that I can think of. ...... please help me out. Thank you


Anyone know of any assistance, ,, would greatly appreciate it .. I'm getting really annoyed by having to sync all the time. ........

If you have a Best Buy near you, it's the place to go. Most stores have a Samsung outpost manned by a couple of tech people who are very helpful.
