Email was Hacked and Need to transfer Contacts

Hi My name is Scorpio H and I had a major problem of which my email and computer was hacked. I might have lost all my email contacts and I would like to transport the contacts from my phone to my email list on my computer. I need to know how to do this. Thank you.

Go to your contacts, hit menu, export, and you have options to export your contacts there.


They should also be backed up to your Gmail account
