Emailing images from a Samsung Tablet

Hi,
We have been given some Samsung SM-T585 Tablets to use for emailing in images to people in the head office but we are having difficulties getting it to work for us.
We are connecting to a Microsoft Exchange Server and so far we have used the Samsung mail app as well as several others.
The problem we are having is there seems to be an inbuilt cap on the size of the images we can actually send and this is preventing us from doing what we need to do.
We are trying to send messages that are between 15MB and 20MB in size but the apps fail at between 5MB and 10MB.
Does anyone know of an app we can use to make this work?
Thanks,

Have whomever is managing your MS Exchange server to check if the attachment file size limit has been downsized:

Also, are you all using Outlook email accounts? Or are there multiple, different email services in use? Different email services have different file attachment size limits in place so that could be an issue too. You might also want to just think about installing the MS OneDrive app on all the tablets and set up a shared photo file dump folder:
