Help EMAILS!! How are you guys deleting them????

I have set up my work emails to come thru my X10, (pop3 account) it works fine but I JUST CANNOT SEE how to delete the emails other than one by one, there is no option to delete ALL from the in box and no option to empty trash bin!!! surely this isnt right.

And there is no Delete option when you press Menu in the Inbox view?

If im right here many are using a 3rd party app for email called K9 Mail. Ive done quite a bit of reading on it and intend to use it myself. Search it out there are many good reviews as it is regarded as the best email app to date.

Downloaded the K9 app - brilliant, now I can mark all messages and then delete all - why cant sony standard app do that!!

If you use a 3rd party app does mail still integrate into timescape or is it just with the standard app
