Help Emails sometimes received only on my computer and not phone

My phone is Samsung Galaxy S4. The default email account settings on the phone are set up correctly the same as on my Windows 8.1 computer. Sometimes i receive emails on my computer as well as on my phone, but, other times emails arrive on my computer but not on my Samsung phone. Has anyone experienced this and if so a solution please??

What email service is this account? Gmail, Yahoo, private domain, or?

Do you know if it is POP3 or IMAP?

It`s the default email account pop3, but i fixed it.
