Help emergency battery life saving

is there an app that changes the mobile interface to a much simpler only call, message (normal mobile txts notin associated with apps like whatsapp or messenger or hike, etc), alarm interface wen a certain predefined battery percentage is crossed down and allowing only the functions like the call, txt and alarm to use the battery and nothin else uses the battery except exceptions like the display and smeting like dat.... is der anytin like dat in store now??? thanks

I'm sure you could use Tasker to turn off data/WiFi when the battery fell below a certain level.

Beyond that I doubt it. You are asking for an app that changes the way that the OS manages other apps and services - that requires going a bit deeper than an ordinary app without root privileges could do.

Some phones have things like this built into their operating systems, e.g. the "extreme power saver" in some recent HTCs, but that's different from an unprivileged app.
