Emergency calls only on my samsung galaxy ace

[Android Question]

I am unable to text or make phone calls due to my mobile saying Emergency Calls only.

I have already reset the phone back to its original settings, I have taken the sim card out and put it back in again, I have taken my sim out and put it into another mobile phone and does work.

Is their anything else I can do to make sure my phone works?
