Why cant i use emojis in my contact list? Ive tryied "copy-paste" but that wont work. Any advise ??

Do you mean in the contact names? I'd expect them to be stored as alphanumeric strings, so unless the phonebook software contains programming to interpret certain combinations of characters as emojis they would not display the way you want.
But to be honest I've never heard of anyone else trying to do this, so don't have any experience of it.
