Emulator Problem with Note 3

Hi, I have recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S3 to a Note 3.
I have been trying to follow a tutorial on YouTube to get Windows XP to run on my phone just for a bit of fun.

When i launch the emulator app however it crashed and says it has "stopped working".
I have previously done this on my Galaxy S3 and the Sony Xperia i had before that and it worked fine.
I had it running on my Nexus 7 tablet also.
I cannot figure out why the app wont launch on my new Note 3. Are there some more security settings i have to turn off first? Or has the Note 3 blocked these type of applications from working.

I have tried it on both Android 4.4 KitKat (which was running on my S3 before) and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
None of my other devices were rooted when attempting this. My Note 3 is also not rooted.

Sounds like an issue between the emulator and the Note 3, a bug, and it needs fixing. It should run, Samsung doesn't actually try to stop you running anything like that on this phone.
