Hey guys,
I am trying to flash mine to our indian cdma carrier and reached almost at the terminal except one thing which is turning me down ie.

How to enable *228 in our spectrum?

The traditional *228 activation should not be performed on this device.

SIM activation will only complete on the Verizon Wireless Network.

Ensure a 4G SIM card is inserted before performing the steps below. Refer to inserting / removing SIM card for additional assistance.

If needed, slide up the lock screen.
Select the language then select Next.
If presented with the Home screen, select Apps then select Setup (Tools section).
When presented, select Proceed with the setup process.
Select Skip.
To access Backup Assistant, select Start then refer to Backup Assistant.
Select Skip.
To setup / access a Google Account, select Start then refer to Google account.
Select Next.
To add email accounts, access social networks and download new content, select the service then follow the on-screen instructions.
If presented with a Privacy caution screen, select Next.
Ensure the desired location services to be used are checked then select Next.
Select Agree after each selection.
Verizon Location Services
Standalone GPS Services
Google Location Services
Select Done.

Other Verizon Methods

*228 option 1
-Programs the MDN, MIN and Home SID into the phone, downloads the latest PRL, and sets the lock code to the last 4 digits of the MDN.
*228 option 2,
-Only downloads the current PRL.
*22890,
-Automatically performs option 1 without having to press 1.
*22891
-Automatically performs option 2 without having to press 2.
*22899
-Automatically performs option 1, plus applies changes specific to data cards. Note: Do not perform *22899 on any device that is not a data card.
*22888
-Unassisted OTA for Prepaid phones


Tried all these but none is helpful.
