Enable 3G in Samsung Galaxy S

Hello - my first post on Android Forums, but have been using it to search for advice with my new handset up til now and everyone seems really helpful.

When I first bought my new Samsung Galaxy S, I shut down everything 3G related as my internet bundle didn't kick in until this week. Now I can't seem to switch 3G access back on. Have downloaded APNdroid, but I've clearly left something crucial unticked as 3G still not working. Can anyone help? The instruction manual isn't very useful.

Welcome to the Android Forums!

My first thought would be to backup anything of importance on the phone and do a hard reset. This'll bring all of the settings back to their default states.

Otherwise post your question in the Samsung Galaxy S forum. Hopefully someone there will be able to assist you.
