Enable - disable widget

Is there any way possible to make a widget as in screenshot? I would like to be able to turn, for example, applock off quickly when I get home, and be able to turn it on again fast if I get company or such...

More information is needed about what you are trying to do.

The action Lock with the full screen option could be a task
Execute the task and the screen shows the unlock key pad
Enter the key and it is unlocked

(Note that it is Lock and not System Lock)
