<p dir='ltr' style='margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0; text-align:start;'>But I need access to any of these bands: B2 / 1900 MHz. B5 / 850 MHz. B4 / 1700/2100 MHz.</p>

<p dir='ltr' style='margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0; text-align:start;'>But none of those are supported by MTK HelioP23</p>

I'm afraid the solution is to buy a phone that supports them.

That phone isn't designed for the US (guessing from the bands you want), so not only does the firmware not support those bands (or not for 3G or 4G - B2 and B5 are supported for 2G) but almost certainly the transciever hardware doesn't either, and possibly not the antenna for B4. There's nothing you can do about that. And even if the hardware could support those bands you'd need baseband firmware that included them, and that's not going to exist unless they also produce a US-compatible version of the phone, which as far as I can see they don't. If baseband firmware is not available from the manufacturer it's not going to come from anywhere else - it's a different level of engineering from ROM development.

In short, I'm sorry but you really must check compatibility before importing phones. Some things there are not solutions for.
