Help Enabling Always Listening

Is there a way to enable the always listening feature on the Nexus 5 so that you can wake the phone up with "Okay Google" even when its sleeping, similar to the Moto X? Is there anyway to sideload this feature?

I think I read that this was actually something enabled by the Qualcom Snapdragon 800 processor, but the Nexus 5 has that as well.

It's a Moto X only feature right now, enabled largely because of its additional low-power context processor.
