Help Enabling USB Debugging with Smashed Screen

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S4, and smashed the screen rendering it unusable. I have since put a phone in place of it, however I want to get my files. I discovered a software called Droid@Screen, and was upset to find that USB Debugging needs to be enabled. Is there a way I can do this with the screen smashed or is there no hope? Thanks- Pat

I have, I got all of my pictures off. However I want to give this software a try.

You have no chance unless you enable USB debugging.
