Help English not listed

My son (Some how) has switched the language on his RCA Pro 10 Tablet (Running Kit Kat 4.4) No when I try to switch it back to English in the settings English is not listed as a language. Any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

Assuming that the tablet came in English to start with, here is how to Completely Reset it, which should get it back in English once it starts up. Unfortunately you will lose all your personal things on the tablet so I'd say it's a last resort. Once again, if it came in English I can't believe it's not on the list. What language is it in now? Maybe you can upload a screen shot, someone might recognize English in what ever language the tablet is currently in now.
