Enter password E4

I changed my g-mail password due to security issues. My Moto E4 now says that I have logged out and must enter my password, opens a screen, and says that I cannot use voice typing. BUT on the screen there is no apparent way to open a key pad so how can I enter my password?

Yes it should but I have tapped all of the screen several times and nothing happens!!

Which model, exactly? Answer can be found in Settings-AboutPhone
Maybe try reinstall the current FW via fastboot (from Motorola) or just go the way of custom ROM
