Hi all, I am a newbie to this forum so please excuse me if I am in the wrong place.
My problem is I got an Epad 10" touch screen tablet for my partner and after booting it up it now only goes as far as the green Android. It is fully charged but i am completly lost as to why it will not go any further than the Android.
My misses is not to happy that it stops.
