I am looking for an ePub reader where I can make bookmarks / highlights / notes in a book and then backup them up. The readers I have tried, Nook / Moonreader / Kobo / Aldiko don't seem to have an export / backup option for the notes, highlights, bookmarks I create.

I tend to make lots of notes / highlights when I am reading. So far it has been with books I have purchased from Barnes & Noble. Those highlights are synced to my online account, so they are backed up (for the most part).

Any suggestions on an app that will let me back them up for ePub files?

Moon+ Reader's Pro version will apparently let you do this. Unfortunately it seems to have a stylesheet bug where it doesn't show blockquotes, which is rather annoying.

From this thread: New Reader with great pdf-support: Mantano Reader (like aldiko+ezpdf) - MobileRead Forums Mantano also looks promising but I think it only does PDF annotations so far? Worth keeping an eye on it I think as there doesn't seem to be a good solution thusfar.

Thanks, I will check out Mantano Reader.
