Equivalent player to Adobe flash player

I own a tablet Asus transformer TF300T with android 4.0.3. According to Adobe site android 4.0.3 is no longer supported. I am looking for a player that is equivalent to Adobe. I installed MX player and it seems it does not solve the problem. Some sites request a plugin.
HELP WILL BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
