Why do you think you have spyware?

"Root directory" in Linux (which Android is based on) just means the top of the file tree. So the presence of something called "root directory" does not mean you have spyware installed. So what have you seen that makes you think you have?

If you want to be really sure, completely reinstalling the system software (however you do that for an Alcatel) will remove any nasties hidden in the ROM, and a factory reset will clear anything else (a reset will not do anything to the ROM).

i think this because when I first saw this i looked in alot of files and the ones i could access and see i copied and pasted and looked it up on Google search and they came from hack4u.com and were for Facebook hack

Then play safe: find out how to reflash the phone and do that.

As for sizes, I assumed those images were from different devices, as partition sizes can't change while a device is running and they showed different sizes for /sdcard0 (your internal user storage).
