I have a Prestigio PAP4040 DUO android smartphone running Android Version 4.0.4.
I have downloaded two films from Google Play (Johnny English and Johnny English Reborn) but when I try to play them on the phone I get an error message: "Couldn't fetch license (error 43)" - so I cannot play any films on it. I am not a technical person. I have done some research on the internet but I cannot see how to fix it.
If anyone can help I will be very pleased!
