Error 489 cache problem??

[Android Question]

I have a Samsung galaxy tab and have been trying to install apps but most comes up with an error(498) I looked online and found Cache Fixer but it says Cache not wiped whenever I tried to wipe it. So how do I fix the error 498? I have NO idea what this error is and have enough storage space to install the app I want(Doodle jump)HELP!!
