error 492

Since yesterday I can't download, any application on my HTC fyer . I don't know wy . But it show me error 492. Please help me.
Some of you told me to erase datas in Google play and Google service . I have done it but it can't run. Even anvirus cannot get.

If you're running the stock ANDROID O/S & have cleared the app data & cache from the GOOGLE PLAY STORE & GOOGLE SERVICES FRAMEWORK & are still having issues,try this:

If this doesn't apply to your situation/doesn't help,you may need to perform a Factory Data Reset.

This may sound drastic,but I found this exact advice from HTC Customer Care (THAILAND) for your specific device.

Take all precautions & back-up all data that you want to save (pictures/music/etc) before doing a Reset.
