Error 497 when downloading apps.

Hello, I have a new Google Nexus 4 android phone running on 4.3 jellybean. Whenever I try to download apps this message appears, " 'app name' could not be downloaded due to error (497)." I have forced stopped the play store and download manager and cleared data for the Google play services.

THIS is the only thing I have found that says it was a solution.
