I recently tried to update my phone and I've been getting a message that says error number 67 the username and/or password you're trying to log into is incorrect. I can't access any if my data. Could someone please help?
For those that don't know I called boost and they gave me a series of numbers to dial. When I did my phone asked me to restore to factory settings. I clicked yeah and it worked.
