I was playing round my phone settings and ,surprise, i find this curious app installed on my phone. Someone has encountered something like this before?

To make it worse it consumea a lot of my battery and has acces to everything!

Choose disable as it looks to be a system file.
You may be able to flash a stock rom for your phone if one is out there
