How do you fix the error code for my samsung galexy

Hello and welcome to Android Forums!
Be mindful when you delete the account you will need to set the samsung account up again and some data might be lost.
Please try these steps:
Delete the samsung account from the device
Then clear the device settings:
1.Go to ‘Settings’
2.Find ‘Applications Manager’
3.Next, scroll down to ‘Samsung Apps’
4.Press ‘Clear Data’
