error code -24 when downloading

I have tried downloading Pandora and iHeart Radio but after it 'downloads' I get an error code -24. I can not figure out what is causing this. And it is making me frustrated.
 
Clear the data and cache for those apps (Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications; tap app, there will be buttons to clear data and cache), then uninstall them. Reboot your phone then reinstall them. This should do the job.
 
Sometimes waiting awhile helps too. Play is notorious for download and connecting bugs. That has been a problem for some time. Today in fact, my GS3 had a download error 927 and two hours later it worked fine. These bugs are often random or something at Google's end and clearing data has been known to cause additional problems that often require removing and re-adding your Google account. (Such as the error RPC:0 AEC:5 code)
