Error downloading apps Motorolla Razr

I just bought a new Motorolla Razr today, and it's a neat phone. However, I'm facing one severe issue so far. I'm unable to download apps. Tried restarting phone, clearing caches, wifi and 3G, etc etc. All the general stuff. For some reason whenever I attempt to download an app from the market, I get the message, "(Application Name) could not be downloaded due to an error."

Unfortunately, there is no more information provided about what the error might actually be. Any ideas would be appreciated, I would like my apps.

Since its new, hout about trying a factory reset, or just taking it back to your retailer?

Well, I'm hoping to avoid a factory reset for tonight atleast since I don't want to delete the stuff that was transferred. I intend to bring it back to the dealer tomorrow, but I was hoping that maybe I could fix it on my own.

do you have a google apps account or a gmail account? But yeah, that's pretty odd.
