error on Smart Phone Weather Channel App

I have Motorola Bravo, Consumer Cellular, received it apprx 2 mos ago, loaded it with apps including Weather Channel. Most of my my apps have been updated since I first got the phone. The Weather Channel worked well for some time and then I get a notice saying
Error
Package file was not signed correctly

OK

I have removed the app and reinstalled several times, to no avail.

What does this mean????? I have this with no other apps and I have several other weather type apps. HELP, PLEASE!

Same error here, same symptoms. Android "build number FROYO.UCKH1" if that helps anyone. Any suggestions?

There is an issue with the way the app was signed when it was finished. Give it some time and the developer will correct it.

Thanks, OutOfPhase! Do you know if there's a way we can make sure the developer knows about the problem? Or do we know they know already?

There should be an option in the play store to report it or you can do it under the review for the app.
