error reading...confused

I bought. Deny’s H.265 IPTV and tried to hook it up to my Emerson Tv but keeping getting the error reading mismatch resolution change resolution of device but you cant change the tesolutin in my tv
 
An Emerson TV? Are you in the United States? I think this U2C Denys IPTV box is usually sold and distributed in Russia and Eastern Europe. And so it could be a compatibility problem with the video. Do you know if your Emerson TV can receive and show 50Hz video?

TVs in Europe and Asia tend to be multi-standard 50Hz and 60Hz, but many US ones might be 60Hz only.
