Hi, need help to solve Samsung J7 +(plus) = cp crash upload mode. Bought a month ago, suddenly it crash, "ram/mode crash" then it shown cp crash upload mode on the display.
 
Hello there!
Never heard of that before, but just a quick, hopefully helpful search, yielded to clear the cache from recovery:
  • First of all turn off your Android phone.
  • Once it’s completely turned off. Enter into recovery menu by Pressing Volume Up + Home + Power button simultaneously. Keep on holding the buttons until you see Android figure in the background.
  • Now in recovery menu. Locate Wipe Cache Partition. Use volume buttons to navigate to it.
  • Now Press power button to select it.
  • After wiping cache partition.
  • Select on Reboot system now.

Allready did that step, first problem, must wait till the battery drain, then i did the step, and yes it works again. thank u for the information.
