error when launching through USB to my phone

Hello I keep getting this error in Run when testing app in my phone

E/: APS:IFLoad:importExternalFunctions, search function createNewHwApsUtils failed, dlsym err:undefined symbol: createNewHwApsUtils

I haven't done anything, I just made new project and chose blank activity.
The app is being loaded in my phone, but without some colors.
