Error when setting up Swype Beta

I've downloaed it ok (I think). I go to complete and then it says there is a "parse error". It then says that registration failed.

I've uninstalled it and installed it again, still the same.

Any ideas whats wrong?

uninstall the installer app.. uninstall swype (both are uninstalled from menu>settings>applications>manage applications)

then try again. it took me 6-10 tries before it installed and registered correctly for me.

+1 (it took me twice on one phone, and worked the first time on a second phone). Don't worry, once installed, it runs and runs and runs
