Help errors during upgrade process

I am receiving the below error everytime I attempt to do an update. this occurs after I start the update process and just after the phone initially reboots. very frustrating as I really need to do an upgrade

any help, ideas, suggestions are appreciated

I had the same problem. I took it to a Sprint store with a service department and had them update it. They updated it all the way to ICS for no charge and I'm not having any of the problems with ICS that it seems like so many people here are.
