ES 3.1 support was disabled via r.Android.DisableOpenGLES31Support in MemoryBright Game

I play MemoryBright game in Xiaomi Note 3 but i got an error
I dunno why this happen but it seems like the device block the game to use OpenGL 3.1 feature

That looks like a software incompatibility with the game on this particular phone, and is probably only something the MemoryBright game devs can fix. Suggest you email the devs, and tell them the problem and what device you're using.
