ES Task Manager Startup - can't undo changes

I installed ES task manager on my S4 active. I went into startup manager and hit optimise. When I rebooted later I found it had disabled a bunch of stuff I need such as the process that starts wifi, samsung link, and other vital stuff. I couldn't find a reset button anywhere to return to the factory settings so I enabled everything that looked important (and in red) and then uninstalled it. However when I rebooted it still did not start the wifi and other stuff so I reinstalled ES task manager and it still shows these processes as being disabled and also in red. However many times I try and move them to the enabled section, some mysteriously move back of their own accord and when I reboot it just moves them back to disabled again. It's driving me nuts because vital system processes just are not starting.

How do I return everything back to the system default? Uninstalling seems not to work nor does manually changing the settings. Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers, Jamie.
