I'm filing a claim for a damaged phone and have insurance through them- I was just wondering what the actual turnaround time is for a claim, as they claim several minutes, but I filed yesterday and have received no response. Ordinarily, this wouldn't bother me, but they claimed it'd take "5-7 minutes".
