I moved this to its own thread so we can hopefully find a solution. What Samsung device do you have? What carrier? Any more detail will help folks come up with ideas.

Who is your carrier?
Your phone's e-SIM is a direct correlation with your cellular service account. Have you contacted your carrier about your problem?
Are you also having problems with services like phone calls or using mobile data, or is this just a text messaging problem?
