Help Event confusion!!

Hey all,Id really like the low down on this one..I had an rom"d and rooted optimus elite ,i dropped it,and being broke I got an Event..I rooted it and its seems to be running funny to me..Its recognizing my external sd as the main sd for everything when on my elite it was the internal..Im wondering if this affects the CPU or anything,or if certain files from apk's or certain apk's should be on the internal...Thanks!!!

The main SD card is the main SD card, whether it's physically the internal one or the external one. The software and the CPU don't care whether it's internal or external, only if it's main or secondary.

Okay that makes sense..So I wonder why after rooting when root check says its good,busybox and lucky working that it runs slower even when im using set CPU..Thanks for the info!!!
