Help Event phone volume erro

It says Android systems recovery utility. Then under that it got reboot systems now under that says wipe data /factory reset. Under that says wipe cache partition. Then at very bottom in yellow there's 3 lines that says E:Cannot. Load volume /misc! Doint know what to do about it?
