I am an Evernote addict, so I was very happy to see this ported to Android. However, after a while I kept getting errors that made Evernote unable to save editions to notes. And that kinda made the app...well.. pointless. Sort that out, and it's great. Looking forward to offline syncing!
You can enter notes in many ways, writing, taking snaps with the camera, etc. I think you need the pro version though, to be able to make handwritten scans searchable.
I also have a monitored folder in my dropbox that sends everything I throw into it to Evernote. Neat.
