Every call opens google maps?

Yes I do have the new Android Oreo OS. And maybe that's the blame? If I make a call and hang up after a few seconds it will load Google Maps and try to navigate to that number. I have done a factory reset and it still continues the only way make him stop is to disable the app but obviously no Maps! If I answer a call I hang on the maps which will also interrupt my navigator for when I'm in there. Extremely frustrating and it seems to be a total software issue I've cleared the data and both apps and again I've already Factory Wiped. Really would like to find a solution.

Oreo itself isn't responsible: I've been using it for almost a year (until switching to 9 last month). LG's implementation, possibly, but I've not seen other G6 owners complain of this so it's got to be related to your phone somehow, or maybe to your carrier if they add their own "enhancements" to the software.

I assume it did start immediately after you updated? Otherwise it's something else that's changed since.

All I can think of to check is that Maps isn't set to take any action by default, that there's nothing in your dialer settings, and that you've not got some automation app like Tasker misconfigured. But all of these things would be cleared by a reset, so assuming the problem is still there if you reset but don't restore anything then it's unlikely to be any of those (if you do restore stuff then of course you might be restoring the cause in the process).
